Saturday open homes: six homes, six photos

Did six opens on Saturday, across houses, townhouses and a unit. Photos in the order I saw them. Crowds were smaller at the dearer homes. Buyers seem to be watching the cash rate closely: rba.gov.au/statistics/cash-rate/

That second one is lovely. How many groups were there?

About 20 at the cottage, only 6 at the modern house. Price was the difference.

Same here. The top end is slow, the middle is busy.

The courtyard one would rent in a day.
