Refreshed the rental between tenants

Two weeks between tenants: new paint, lights and a deep clean. Before and after below. It re-let in five days at a higher rent.

About 7k, mostly paint and labour. The extra rent pays it back in under two years.

Keep the invoices separate. Some of that is a repair and some isn't.
