Rent review this year: how much did you increase?

Our manager suggested 6 percent. The tenants have been great for three years. What are others doing?

We went a bit under market for long term tenants. A vacancy costs more than the difference.

Check what comparable places are actually leasing for, not the asking rents.

Remember the notice rules in your state. In Victoria it's 60 days, at most once a year.
