Perth's middle ring after the big run: still worth a look?

Prices have run hard, but rents and stock are still tight. Is anyone still buying in the middle ring, or has the easy growth gone?

I'd want a plan for the next five years, not the last five. What are the rents doing at renewal?

Still rising, more slowly. That's partly why I'm still looking.

The easy growth has gone everywhere. Now it's about buying well in a good street.
